"The handle is made of thinner metal and not as sturdy as my other Swiss-gears. It also doesn’t come with luggage feet on the side ( I thought that feature is given on luggages so did not check on it) so the luggage will sit directly on the dirty floor if you rest it on the side. Although I like the lock I am still disappointed."

"I ordered this suitcase as a replacement for one of the Swiss Gear hard shell suitcases that cracked after occasional traveling of less than 2 years. It took Swiss Gear 10 months to reply to my replacement request due to a glitch in their system, but I am very happy they have kept their word on their guarantee. A trust worthy company."
