"Nice backpack. Use frequently for travel. Material for the laptop section wore out snd began to fray. Received a other backpack under warranty. Only complaint from a design perspective is the two back zippers can open easily while moving (i. e walking), if the zipper isn't all the way down to one side. Not a great design from a usability perspective."

"I purchased at a warehouse club as I have a previous Wenger Swiss Gear bag that has lasted years. So I first noticed that the fabric does not appear to be woven just kind of a pressed pattern and it sounds crinkly and stiff. Then while walking through the airport the zippers were open. I said I thought I closed it but then after walking some more they were open again. So beware if you have any amount of weight like a laptop they can come open on their own. Returned"
"The original backpack purchased about a year ago ripped along the top between the handle and the zipper. I submitted a warranty claim and received a new one. The process to replace the backpack was lengthy having to fill out forms provide photos of the backpack damage inside labels and proof of purchase receipt. Once approved for replacement I had to fill out an additional form removing the labels from the old backpack and attaching them to the form and mailing the form back to swissgear. FYI if you purchase a swissgear product keep your receipt!"
"Yep pretty good so far no rips or nothing. Plenty of space for books or something the sunglasses holder should be a bit bigger but other than that it's alright."
"This was bought for my son's senior year in high school. He carries his laptop and other school items. He had been hanging the pack on the loop that looks like it's for hanging at the top back of the pack. The fabric has completely separated in the area of the back zipper. He's only carried the pack for four (4) months when it ripped. It's not repairable."

"I don't have a house instead I travel the world and I was shopping in a Lidl in Köln and I stopped by this backpack and thought to my self that I needed my new one since my old Adidas backpack broke. We went through security and I used the ScanSmart feature and everything was great on our way to Belgrade!"
