"This is beautiful luggage and I can’t wait to use it. My previous Swiss Gear luggage lasted 10+ years so I’m expecting the same endurance with this new set. The TSA approved locks are a great addition and of course there is the beautiful color of my new set. I’m very, very pleased!"
"I haven't used it yet. We ordered at the airport when I saw someone else with this brand and she said she loved it. They came nicely packages and I really like that they nest for easy storage. Seem like a good quality"
"Nice quality! This will definitely protect my personal belongings when I travel since I travel often. I was getting tired of cheap suitcases at a lower value. This is much worth and I can’t wait to use it in October to Canada!"
"I received excellent help after my new suitcase was damaged on a trip. I definitely recommend Swissgear."
"The handle is made of thinner metal and not as sturdy as my other Swiss-gears. It also doesn’t come with luggage feet on the side ( I thought that feature is given on luggages so did not check on it) so the luggage will sit directly on the dirty floor if you rest it on the side. Although I like the lock I am still disappointed."
"Customer service was awesome. Appreciate your help!"
"Made in China, everything cheaper than my older Swiss luggage, one line of soft suitcases only and zero option for a better quality luggage. Handle now with exposed rivets, hard to pull it up and put hand inside, cheaper fabrics, zippers, cheaper inside. In short, Made in China. Absolutely no difference from other cheap luggage lines in $100-200 range. I buy some genuine Swiss non luggage items made in Switzerland, despite a very high price. Disappointed where this company went, obviously trying to stay price competitive."
"Great medium checked bag. Lightweight. Built in lock. Nice double wheel spinners."
"Swiss Gear has always been my go-to for luggage and this suitcase is no exception. Easy pull thru airports,, robust construction and great utilization of outside pockets."
"Haven't traveled with it but so far looks good. Unlike the regular sion which I had issues with the wheels, this one roles so smoothly"
