"I LOVE SWISSGEAR! I was so excited to get this collection. It is a sturdy case that doesn’t stretch or wear down easily. I can load it up and use one finger to glide it to my car and across parking lots and airports. It’s a fantastic color that stands out in a sea of gray and black."
"Travelled once with it for a one week trip. The wheels work nice. It feels sturdy and made for long term. Love the fact that there are handles on all sides. Makes picking it up and keeping good posture while doing it easier. It feels like a great size. Not too big, not too small, still had room if need to bring stuff back. Weight with my stuff went up to 18kg. I don't love how you need to keep proof of purchase for the warranty instead of registering right away, and knowing youre good to go whem something might happen in years. I'm scared to loose proof of purchase."
"Dear SwissGear Customer Service, I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to bring to your attention an issue with a suitcase I recently purchased. While I chose SwissGear because of its reputation for quality and durability, I’ve encountered a problem that has made the product difficult to use. The zipper does not close properly because one side of the zipper track appears to be shorter than the other. As a result, the suitcase cannot fully seal, leaving a noticeable gap when closed. This seems to be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, this issue makes the suitcase unreliable for travel, which is quite disappointing given my expectations for your brand. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if a replacement, repair, or refund is possible under your warranty or return policy."

"This is my replacement bag from Swiss gear which I received after almost a year of claim. However, I appreciate that Swiss gear returned back and provided the replacement bag. I wish they could have replaced earlier vs 1 year later. The new large spinner is amazing , beautiful colour, light weight and excellent quality. Highly recommend that."
