"This set replaces a Swiss Gear set I have used for 20 years and is still in good condition. In fact, I have passed it down to my granddaughter. The color is amazing, a classy brown, as is the quality. The only thing I truly miss from my old set is the divided mesh pockets on the inside face of the suitcases. Bring them back, they are very convenient."

"The wheels survived the cobble streets, steps and walk ways of Venice, Florance and Rome. Even with this abuse they still roll effortlessly. The zippers are very smooth and robust, and the pouch that snaps in is a nice accessory."

"After two years of use the outside small pocket zipper broke on my luggage. I contacted the online warranty site and filled out the form. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the process of getting it fixed (or in my case replaced) was painless and the company fulfilled it warranty obligation in an easy straight forward manner.
