"Middle suitcase lock arrived broken . Very poor customer service. The solution they offered was to tell me how to use the lock. I ordered a set of 3 and the locks on the other 2 work fine. They said my concern was resolved as they told me how to “ fix”. I am currently trying to figure out how to return as I ordered online. Very disappointed as was a very expensive set"

Rollers seem to be working better than the last. Received this to replace my previous bag, so give kudos to the company for upholding their replacement guarantee. (It did take 6 months to get a reply but I have lots of luggage so not concerned there. )"
