They are amazing, we used them for several years daily and also for traveling, when they wear off we look around for choices and always go back to Swiss gear. Never been disappointed. This one in particular is very easy to carry around as well as sturdy enough to carry a daily use. We love this product"
"I wanted ballistic material, I wanted a nice color, something for a laptop, papers, and a power tool or two (I am a general contractor), something lightweight. The ONLY other thing I found that was remotely like this, was a TUMI brand for over 3 times the price. It was stolen. So I bought another one right away. I am so happy with it. "This is my 2nd bag from SwissGear, the first one lasted for 13 years and I put it through all sorts of adventures. The materials aren't quite the same, but Inhave confidence that it will last as long, if not longer than my first did. One change which I'm very happy with is the zippers seem to be hidden now once they are zipped shut. Its a beautiful aesthetic in addition to protecting the zipper tracks from collecting dirt and gumming up."

"This is a great backpack. I’ve had one for 15 years and my teenage son was tired of buying backpacks for school that lasted just six months. So, I bought him this and he loves it!! Great fit, really comfortable and has great space inside. Just the right amount of pockets without being too many (too many pockets mean they’re small and don’t hold what you want). This has several different size pockets with easy access zippers. The back padding is thick without being over done and therefore bulky. The shoulder straps are also well padded and comfortable and my son said it still carried well even under a full load of books and folders. We really like these packs and will buy them again, but probably several years from now when they finally wear out!!"
"I ordered the version that was a little too large, but they said I could not return it bc I REMOVED the tags — oh how terrible of me! I was hoping to purchase the smaller verion but Swissgear has the worst return policy of anyone. They really do seem to hate their customers."

"This backpack is just grand! From durability, to flexibility and Comfort. To running around town with small children to plane hoping through a short vacation to Europe several years bag. This was the most efficient, sturdy, elegant,spacious,live and learn companion for the single mom over 50. You can carry your life around and have free hands for a snack and a wee drink. Colours are fabulous, texture very pleasant, multi pockets a must . Dies not get dirty easily and keeps your belongings very safe and dry. Does not hurt your shoulders, I had mine for 22 years and I must say can I get a replacement please! Watch out for the zippers but the rest was made to last us a lifetime ."
