"This is a high end back pack. I have used mine for 7 years, every day for work and it looks great. No tears or problems. The only reason I bought a new one is because I wanted a different color. I am giving my niece (high school student) my original and she is very excited! If the new bag is of the same quality as my original one then I will be very happy."

In my opinion, it beats all other commuter backpacks on the market hands down. The padded laptop & iPad pockets in the back provide perfect protection for my work and personal iPads. The center section has organizing slots and ample space for folders, notebooks, and books. There’s also an upper pocket for my wallet, keys, and AirPods and a well organized front lower pocket for pens and other supplies. "I was gifted this backpack over 10 years ago when I was a senior in high school. I still carry it daily as an IT Manager now. I've taken this bag all over the US touring with a Drum and Bugle Corps, used it all through college, taken it hiking, all the way to Europe, and I even used it some in the military. I still take it when I go camping. I currently carry a Thinkpad (t14), just last weekend I was camping and had to run with the bag through a flash flood. Laptop and everything inside were perfectly fine. I carry my laptop and a travel router daily in it, with a ton of extra junk that I don't really need. It really isn't designed for the weight I've put in it, but the straps always hold up. The only visible damage is on one of the strap adjustments from my cat (then kitten, who is now a 6 year old cat who does occasionally try to use it as a scratching post), and sun damage from the first year I had it when the bag and I spent every day that summer outside in the heat in drum corps. All the zippers still work, in college I even carried a 16 inch laptop for a while. I've strapped all manner of things to the carabiner, entire other bags, gallon water jugs, whatever. I take it to work every day, and I never leave town without it. One day I might replace it, or I'll just keep carrying it."
"I’ve had Swiss backpacks before and was unable to find them in retail stores…I work in an oilsands mine and operate heavy equipment…the pac carry’s my lunch, water and thermos…I also have basic first aid and various items…I don’t carry a laptop but have necessary documents of safety that have to be with me at all times…zippers are a big concern due to the heavy weight I carry…it gets dirty pretty quickly but goes everywhere with me due to traveling 8 hours each way to work where I catch a pane to our mine…love the look and multiple pockets which I fill up easily…"
