"Got this backpack for my teenager and it’s been awesome. He hauls around a bunch of books and his laptop every day, and it all fits easily, even his lunch and gym bag. No complaints so far, it just does the job."
The product I think will
"The product I think will be 5 star quality. It feels like great quality and it will last. Lots of pockets and places to store things. The photo and description are very misleading though. There is not a mesh water bottle holder on the blue backpack, as noted in the photo and in the description. There’s a zippered insulated bag that seems to hold a small 12-16oz bottle. But not a nice big mesh pocket for a larger bottle. If this doesn’t matter to you, no big deal. It will be a great backpack! Just be aware."
Customer service is terrible, they
"Customer service is terrible, they will literally low ball you if not try to prevent you from getting a warranty claim. It will also take almost two months. The product itself will also constantly fray and the stitches will come undone. They will then also blame it on you even if you use it normally and with minimal stuff."
