"Very nice backpack. I just wish it was a little bigger(wider). I got it for my son and I am a teacher myself so seeing what some of them carry and put it there these bags need to be wider because all their binders, notebook computer and other supplies DONT FIT."

"I got this backpack a year ago for basic school use - I mainly carry a laptop, notebooks, pencil case, small hygiene kit, phone, wallet, and some other basic essentials - and this bag has performed great! I absolutely love the strap padding and back panel comfort, it makes the bag so much nicer to walk with after I get off the bus. I got it in black, and I love the design, it looks super minimalist and professional, and I hope this will be suitable for both work, school, and travel. I've taken it on a few trips as a personal bag, and I love the luggage strap so much! Additionally, the zippers are fantastic; I've had a few other bags where the zippers would get caught on added material and stick, but this isn't the case with the Swiss gear. I live in Washington where it rains a lot, and I like that the fabric is at least somewhat water resistant as well. My only dislikes are: I would like it if there were a few more smaller pockets in the auxiliary pocket and the smaller front pocket, as it gets a bit crowded when I am carrying a larger load, and the compartments do expand into the main one a bit. However, I am making it work and I 100% think that with a bit of storage adjustments (or just good organization on customer's part) that this bag is a great option for students, those with office jobs, someone looking for a sleek carry on bag for flights, and more!"
