Great little bag
"Suitcase and wheels are high quality. Handle is a little loose, making it harder to glide suitcase on carpeted floor or bumpy terrain. Otherwise, glides wonderfully and easily. More packing space than I expected! Packed for five days without using expandable zipper option. Color was accurate. Lightweight. Just wish handle was more stabilized."

"Love me the Swissgear. Keep in mind that Swissgear does repairs for free! Love the ability to open the full suitcase and know that everything won't come dumping out. Smooth glider wheels, zip close compartments inside. . . Deducted 1/2 a star for handles and ""hardside"". Handles don't feel particularly sturdy and based on other hardside Swissgear suitscases we have, I would not call this HARDside. I'll be curious to see how long these last."

"These suitcases are durable and the lock on both sizes is an added element. However, these suitcases scratch easily, whether is being slightly moved on the floor or bumping into a wall. If you're concerned about maintaining a sleek look, it might not be the best option for you."

"Excellent quality and appears to be a stronger handle and wheels than most budget friendly carry ons. For those tall people it's a great find. The height of the handle raises to multiple levels - works great for 6' + and I'm sure on the lower level setting it's good too"
Good sized, seems durable. Not so sure about the charger
"We were a bit leery of the teal color when we ordered it, but it's subtle and better than we expected. The case is relatively lightweight and with the hard sides, seems very durable. I definitely like the free-castering wheels, making this easy to maneuver. The size seems genuinely appropriate for a carry-on. Not convinced the USB charger (battery not included) is practical or all that necessary. I know we all have devices to charge, which can be difficult on the go, but the pocket for the battery is pretty big and I'd rather have the room for packing my things. On face value, it seems like a good idea, but I don't think I'd ever really use it."
Fantastic quality but too large to check in at airport without fees
"I absolutely love Swissgear luggage but the ones we received were a good bit larger than described to the point that the airport would have charged fees. If we had been traveling by car I wouldn't have thought about returning it, but traveling abroad with fees for each flight I had to get something else."
