Love the suitcase the handle needs A LOT of work.
"I love the suitcase but the handle needs a new design. It's flimsy and breaks easily. This is a replacement suitcase. The handle on my first one broke in about 1. 5 years. I believe I am less than a year in on this replacement and the handle is showing the same signs as my previous one did prior to it breaking. Please note I am a weekly business traveler but I still expect better. Leaving a 4 after review because the suitcase itself and their customer service are both wonderful!"
